Dear Prospective Parents,

 

Thank you for your interest in West Forsyth Christian Preschool. We look forward to the possibility of partnering with you in the Christian and academic education of your child. We are excited about sharing the love and teachings of the Lord. Our goal is to give your child an academically balanced learning program with a constant Christian emphasis. We are truly dedicated to preserving the excellence in Christian education!

 

From each tab you will find several important forms and information sheets. Every effort has been made to organize this information in a concise and easily understood format. You are encouraged to very carefully peruse this  information and refer to it for future reference during the school year.

 

In order to enroll your child, you will need to fill out the application and return it to the school, accompanied by the proper payment. Upon receipt of the application and fee, an acceptance letter, along with a school calendar, parent handbook and notice of any other fees due will be sent to you. It is important that the application and all other forms in this packet be filled out and mailed to the address above as soon as possible to secure a place for your child.

 

Please note that the medical form must be filled out by both the parent and the doctor and returned to the school office or PO Box (see our "Contact" page) before the first day of school.
